Making A Purchase

We accept credit and debit card payments including Visa, Visa Debit, Master Card, and Visa Electron. We only accept orders from the UK.

Delivery Information

All orders under £99.99 will incure a delivery charge of £5.99, unless otherwise stated. Orders of £99.99 and over include free delivery to mainland UK, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery times depend on the brand of pressure washer purchased.

• All Bosch and Nilfisk pressure washers will be delivered the next working day (weekends and Bank Holidays excluded) providing we have the model in stock. If we cannot fulfil your order from stock, we will contact you and discuss the estimated delivery time.
• Karcher pressure washers will be delivered within 3-5 working days.
• Ryobi pressure washers will be delivered with 5-7 working days.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK, 20% VAT is added.

Returns/Guarantees Policy

If you have any problems with your order for any reason you must return your goods unused in its original condition within 7 days for a replacement or refund.

If you have received a product you are not happy with it please return it to our address within 7 days of receipt. 

If you wish to return a product, it must be unused and in perfect condition (Including product packaging, instructions etc), otherwise we will not be able to refund you. The items must be returned within 7 days of purchase and we will not be held responsible for any postage costs.

Returned items lost in the post we cannot be held responsible for, you are responsible for returning goods to us, we recommend sending the package by recorded or special delivery.

All goods returned whether the item is faulty or defective; please send back to Sixty Stores Ltd T/A PressureWasher.co.uk, Midland House, Stratford upon Avon, Warwickshire, CV37 0AD.

We will refund or replace within 10 days once the goods have been returned.

Any damages or breakages must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order.

We do not accept returns for non-faulty goods if:
- The item has been personalised to your requirements.
